Am trying to upload data from my tandemX2. Error 8 keeps coming up. Checked my internet connections and found I am not connected. How do I connect up? Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still no connection.

To reconnect your TandemX2 Uploader and resolve the "Error 8" issue, you mentioned checking your internet connections and finding that you are not connected. In that case, please ensure that your internet connection is stable and try the following steps:
Make sure you have a working internet connection.
Restart your computer and ensure that no other programs are using the internet that may interfere with the TandemX2 Uploader.
Verify that you have the latest version of the TandemX2 Uploader software installed.
Check for any firewall or antivirus software that might be blocking the TandemX2 Uploader's internet access. Temporarily disabling them can help diagnose if they are causing the issue.
If the problem persists, you may try contacting Tandem Diabetes Care Support or referring to their documentation for further assistance.
Remember to troubleshoot any internet connectivity issues you may encounter as well.
Adding /? to the end of the executable only brings up the standard Install Wizard switches. These switches do not seem to account for the License Agreement (Agree/Do not agree) radial button or the Setup Type (complete/custom), resulting in the application not installing. What other switches, if any, does the executable have?

The answer to the question is that the executable does not have any additional switches, and the License Agreement and Setup Type must be selected manually in the Install Wizard.
